In Gymnastics CCA, lessons are set in a way to allow our students to learn in a facilitated and progressive manner. Apart from building their confidence level as well as overcoming challenges and fears, Gymnastics CCA strengthens the core and subsidiary muscle groups thus aiding them to cope with their health and daily physical work as well as establishing good physique in physical growth.
